Nordwind Studio, the fictional agency in this demo, plans the coming week every Thursday: twelve people, six client projects and one plan in Float. This is what weekly planning looks like in many agencies.

Chapter 2The idea

AI prepares for the meeting

It reads the plan in Float and adds information from sources outside it: logged hours, calendars and email.

The result is an agenda for Thursday's 09:00 meeting to plan the following week. The team makes the decisions.

After approval the result goes back into Float.

Back into Float

The workflow applies approved plan changes, including any conditions and a note from the meeting. The people affected receive the relevant tasks. Conditions that still need to be met and deferred items keep their assigned owners and follow-up dates. Updates to other systems are simulated in this demo.
