Chapter 1The moment

Monday, 08:31. A freelance designer starts work on Hafenwerk at 09:00. The latest information is scattered across five tools and three people's memories.

Nordwind Studio, the fictional agency in this demo, is rebuilding Hafenwerk's website. The launch is on Wednesday, and a freelance designer is covering a two-day gap. This is what Monday mornings look like in many agencies.

Chapter 2The idea

AI brings the project knowledge together

It reads information created in the course of everyday work: in the project management tool, email, chat, documents and meeting notes.

The result is a dossier for each project: status, decisions, responsibilities, risks and next steps. Every statement has a source. Contradictions remain clearly visible.

Team members can ask questions and get answers backed by sources. New colleagues receive a briefing based on the same facts, tailored to their role. The team checks the information and makes the decisions.

One dossier per project, drawing on your existing tools. It neither replaces them nor makes changes to them.
